Open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery. Go to your order page, click "Open Dispute", and describe the issue. Our team reviews all disputes and will issue a refund to your balance if the claim is valid.
Orders can only be cancelled if the seller has not yet started delivery. Once delivery begins, cancellation is at the seller's discretion. If you have an issue, open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery.
