Sellers go through a verification process before their listings go live. New sellers have limited listing capabilities that expand as they build positive feedback. High-value listings require additional verification.
Red flags include: sellers asking to communicate outside GamerMart, requests for payment via external methods (PayPal, crypto direct, gift cards), prices that seem too good to be true, and sellers with no feedback history. Always transact within GamerMart.
On any listing or seller profile page, use the "Report" button to flag suspicious content. Provide as much detail as possible. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
GamerMart does not store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Only a secure reference to your Stripe customer profile is stored on GamerMart.
Do not click any links or share credentials. Report the message using the report function on GamerMart. All legitimate GamerMart communications come from our official email domain. We will never ask for your password.
GamerMart uses industry-standard security including encrypted passwords, JWT authentication, and two-factor authentication. We recommend enabling 2FA on your account for maximum security.
