Stripe payments are processed instantly. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed. If there is a delay of more than a few minutes, contact support with your payment reference.
GamerMart does not charge a fee for topping up your balance. When selling, a commission is deducted from each completed sale. The commission rate is shown when you create a listing.
If you topped up in a non-USD currency, exchange rate differences may apply. Your balance is always shown in USD. Check your transaction history for the exact amount credited.
All transactions on GamerMart are processed in USD. The platform may display approximate values in other currencies for reference, but USD is the base currency for all balances and transactions.
Transaction details are available in your Wallet. For formal invoices, contact GamerMart support with the transaction ID and we will provide documentation.
Card declines are handled by your bank or Stripe. Common reasons include: insufficient funds, card not enabled for online payments, or a temporary security hold. Try a different card or contact your bank. GamerMart does not see your card details.
Go to your Wallet page from your account menu. All transactions are listed there, including deposits, purchases, refunds, and earnings. You can filter by date and type.
