Refunds are issued to your GamerMart balance, not to your original payment method. This is stated in our Refund Policy. Balance refunds are instant and can be used immediately for another purchase.
Funds are held on the platform and not released to the seller while a dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the full amount is refunded to your GamerMart balance.

Go to the order in question from your Orders page, click "Open Dispute", and describe the issue clearly. You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to open a dispute. Disputes opened after this window cannot be processed.
